800 Drifter help

I just added a hypercharger so evidently I dissconnected it somewhere. I eliminated the afterburner so I guess it's not needed. Does anyone know if I'm correct here? The bike seems to run allright, but I haven't had it on the road yet. We're under a deluge here in West Ky.

This bottle "catches" blowback and condensation from the airbox and puts it in an easy-to-see but oh-so-ugly position.  I empty mine about every 5-600 miles.  It shouldn't be too difficult to find a less-unsightly spot for it.  Consider it as payment for the snake-like air intake tract which eats up valuable space under the tank that could've been used for a larger-capacity tank. 800  05 Drifter, There is a small plastic  bottle about 3" long near the front frame, next to a coolant hose. It has a hose about 10" long with a small clamp on it. Does anybody know what this connects to, and what does it do.
