Cobra Luggage Rack, Sissy bar and grab rails

  I am getting ready to give my 2000 1500 "Gracie" to my son as I am having my 99 "Jewell" converted to a 3 wheeler like a Can Am Spyder.  The conversion is going to be down by Endeavor Trikes in Prague, MN.  The conversion will include front fenders with Drifter body styling....Won't give that up.

Anyway, to get Gracie ready, I need to convert her back to the stock 2up seat. BUT the OEM seat grab rail interferes with the install and use of saddlebags.

My riding partner, Parson Dav has a good set up with a backrest, luggage rack AND grab rails that don't interfere with saddlebags. I dont know if the attachment bracket is Fire and Steel, but the luggage rack and sissy bar are.
