Does not matter as a few of us are aware and from experience we know that at -40 it is the same in either C or F and at -40 it is hell on the arthritic joints to be riding......

-20 is my absolute limit for winter riding.  -19, well that's okay.  But once it hits -20, well forget about it.

I don't start at -20 either...

I learned that I had to exercise the clutch over the winter to keep it from sticking.  I start it about once a month in the winter, letting it run a while, and then I kind of go in and out of the garage with the bike.  Keeps the clutch from locking up.  Had that happen once, but not since I've been exercising it.

my klr is like that when it sits...plates sticking together.

thanks chief. I got it combination of pulling the clutch lever several times and rocking the bike and it slipped into neutral

First off, replace the battery.

Depress the clutch, if it still won't roll... I'd say your clutch isn't functioning. You might want to replace the oil and check the brake fluid.

'02 Vulcan Drifter 1500

crgansonia

My 1500 drifter has been inside in the garage now two years. Never had any problems with it at all so I decide to get it out and running. Battery is dead, The bike is stuck in gear. I can feel the shifter going from first to neutral but it does not allow the bike to roll so I can get it out of the garage. Tried rocking it no results. Anybody have any ideas??
