Does anyone have a stock "Muffler Stay" (#35011-1972) they could part with?

Ratman it would probably be cheaper to mail then drive with the gas price's .... lol ..... oh and finding one of these is like finding a two headed billy goat so this should pay for Aidan's college tuition

Hi, rather than start a redundant thread I just updated the initial post and am 'bumping' it for attention.  I have my fingers crossed...

Oh, gotcha.  So the aftermarket pipes come with their own mounting brackets after-all.  Very good to know!

The RH pipes do look really great, but they're currently way out of my Drifter budget.
I'm only seeing them in the $4-500 range.    Bummer!

I've been opting to go the stock route because they look much better to me than what I have on now and I figured it would be cheaper using pipes I have, right?  Is it ever that simple? Sometimes... but it turns out the cost of what I'll need to buy to do them right is mounting; I not only need to buy the stock bracket but I'm missing the left upper exhaust cover.  That sucker is but a foot in length and runs $136!  Between new gaskets, replacing missing grommets, shipping, and a few miscellaneous nuts and bolts, I'm darn near close to what I could pay for a pair of Road Burner dual pipes with free shipping (eBay).  LOL  Crazy, huh?  Plus, I won't be hearing any music over the RB's.

The crux of my question hinges on whether I'd need to buy the stock bracket regardless.  Knowing that the aftermarket exhausts (at least the RoadHouse) has their own give me more clarity.

  Yes that is the stock exhaust muffler mount, here is a picture of the roadhouse mounting bracket. Drifterwood I took a page from Troll and Chief's 1500 book and used rubber grommets to isolate the mounting brackets from the frame. Did make a difference.

UPDATED: so I ordered the part through Partzilla but it's back ordered without an ETA. I'm wondering if anyone up here has the stock muffler stay (35011-1972, see photo below) that they could sell me.  I could just cancel the order and likely proceed in a more timely manner, if yes.  Thanks

I'll need to buy a new muffler stay if I want to put the stock exhaust back on my Drifter because it was hacked to fit the existing exhaust by a previous owner.  I want to assume that most (if not all other) aftermarket exhausts will require the bracket, but I figured I'd ask before I go ahead and try to order it.

Did your aftermarket exhaust require the use of the rear muffler stay bracket (see pic)?  Please share what kind of exhaust you have as well.
