PC the owner of the Bike/ATV/ Snow machine shop has decided to add hot tubs to thier inventory, in the North Bay location.....but he also laid off the best mechanic in town,

ok ice fishing day, I don't do Belgium waffles, but I can whip up some awesome pancakes and really fresh and local maple syrup, bacon and eggs breakfast, cook in the ice shack and stay warm in there.......moose burgers for supper, or venison steaks depends  on what I grab from the freezer, and if he does not want to go home?......lol.......

  PC the owner of the Bike/ATV/ Snow machine shop has decided to add hot tubs to thier inventory, in the North Bay location.....but he also laid off the best mechanic in town, I was questioning that on Sat, yes we are not riding for at least 2 more months but people want to get things done and be getting things ready, and they have 5 sleds laid up with repairs and 4 bikes were trailered in for inspections and repairs so when is the mechanic coming back? Told the owner that if my tire was not ready by Thursday I was taking else were to get done and I would be taking my business there too....small town word will travel fast......and the owner knows that. So I am thinking he will have the mechanic back on Tuesday as Monday is a holiday.

LOL.....you guys make me smile that's for sure....Aidan just read the post with me and he agree's were probably tied with the mechainic aspect but he says he smokes me when it comes to the electronics.....I'll second that.....Ratman the only time I'm in charge is when I'm here alone and that's very unusual.Competition is tough around here....LOL.... .Yea I too,like the black trim.Just gives it a finished look.Thanks for that tip,my man.I'll take a pic of the axle and axle nut painted in high gloss black and show that.I really think that makes the front look finished nicely......Thanks again "stone breakers"PC glad to have you back around,bud!

I should be getting my rear tire back early next week, and then once it is on then the front is off to get swapped out.

Man!  That's taking a while!  Last time I changed my tires I didn't even leave the shop.  I hung out for a bit and then rode home.

I am liking the looks of the black trim finish, I am liking it on my ride too, makes it that much more a different look to the machine.....

Today proved to be a success for working on MA-Deuce.My little guy squared away the www,with Mr.Clean magic eraser.We also put a fresh coat of paint on the front fender and brake assembly cover.We high gloss blacked the speedo cable holder,nuts,bolts as well as the axle end (outside of fork) and axle nut.Ratman you'd be proud to know Aidan did a fantastic job adding the trim to to fender.I made the corner cuts for him being that tool is just way to sharp for him to be messing with.He did however tap the trim on with the rubber mallet after letting it sit in front of the heater a few minutes.I do this to heat up the adhesive for a better bond.Here's a few pics of progress:

Not really... she had reasonable expectations and worked hard to deal with the expenses... still the wedding is really for the bride and the bride's side picks up most of the tab. Personally, I'd rather use that money as a down payment on a house, but...  (Now we know a couple of folks who have actually mortgaged their house to pay for a wedding... that was never gonna happen!)

Total for Sons' weddings... couple of thousand... total for Daughter's Wedding - I'm not going there.

5 formals she wore once... enough for another Drifter... Formal clothing for all the boys... not enough to buy tires. HAIR! - 3 boys - pocket change... 1 GIRL!!!
AND, she did as many sports/activities as the boys - except her's always seemed to cost more and take more of our time!
Nahh... the cost of the three boys doesn't come close to the cost of the girl... If we'd had TWO, I'd likely NOT have a bike... sold my harley to pay for one kid(fresh out of the military), sold my corvette for the second... had good insurance for the rest!

LOL..Chief,,sounds like Dad had a princess!  My girls were industrious..got jobs early and paid for most of their own weddings!!! Guess I lucked out.

Driftingirl,I certainly can relate in two catagories...my little guy plays soccer,swim,baseball,wrestling,basketball and all my Canadian friends will be happy to know just started hockey.
Now for travel,being I'm gone for military obligations a couple times a year my son has become a tour guide for Disneyland....LOL....

CHEAP my hairy... ahh... behind... I have 4(3 boys and a girl)... they AIN'T cheap!!! Especially the female version...

LOL.....no the labor isn't cheap at all....if my calculations serve me correctly he earns more per hour then I do....but my little guy wanting to lend a hand...is certainly priceless in my eyes.
