I bought this from Accessories Intl. took about 2 weeks to get it. But it installed pretty much seamlessly. It aint cheap. but it has a nice smoothe chrome finish. Good quality. They embossed their company logo on top of the seat pad.. not so cool, not really noticable. But, its nice having a place for my rider to rest. Small zippered pocket in the back of the pad. And very adjustable to different angles. The mounting brackets fit well and look good.
