NEED NEW BATTERY

I think it may have because the 20ch surely wouldn't fit my 99 the 16 barely fits

Wonder if the 99 has a smaller batt compartment or if you got a mislabeled battery?? I've used a Yuasa YTX20CH-BS in my 2002... that may be what's in there now... don't remember. !!!

the battery web site quoted both batterys the same dimensions , however I went with the YUASA YTX16-BS sealed AGM motorsports battery 12v 14a

the BATT MOTO 12V 18Ah SEALED (YTX20CH-BS)
is about 2'' longer and wont fit the 99 1500

The 18 aH should be a better battery - more cranking amps.  Should be an "upgrade" - call it a "Bettery" (better battery...  )  if you will.

I need a new battery for the 99 1500
this is the old.....YUASA YTX16-BS sealed AGM motorsports battery 12v 14a

is this ok for new (they are both exact in dimensions)......BATT MOTO 12V 18Ah SEALED (YTX20CH-BS)
you can see the second battery is 12v 18ah compared tp 12v 14ah
