Well, it would seem that many people have heard about my week last week. The outpouring of love and compassion is not unnoticed! Thank you all for all of your prayers and support. I looked back this morning on so many posts concerning me and my health, and I have to say, I had to stop reading after a while so I could just break down and cry.....and I don't do that!
As for my health, the doctors can't explain it. They all say that I shouldn't be here, and indeed, a few times last week I guess I wasn't. They are also at a loss to explain my healing so well, so quickly. I shouldn't be home, but I am. I just keep telling people that I have that explanation that they're looking for; My God can do amazing things!
I'm not going to talk much about the accident itself as there is an ongoing court case forming. I can say that my injuries were excessive and extensive, but the prognosis is tentatively good. My leg was reattached (and hurts like you wouldn't believe, but I'm glad it's there to hurt) and my lungs have returned to normal. My face is still healing as I broke my nose in several places, but hopefully I'll be nearly as handsome (or scary) looking as ever soon enough.
