Need help with kickstand problem

The easiest way to add seat fringe is to buy some deerskin fringe from Tandy or eleathersupply and get some good glue like Barges or E6000 and just go to town.  Thats what I did.  Thats also what I used for the floorboard fringe and the mudflaps.

Great looking bike thanks for the pic! Our bikes could just about be twins, especially after I get my new tires. Where can I get some of the seat fringe? I think it looks so good on Drifters.

The last time I got a set of tires I bought Conti Milestones.  They were great and the rear lasted about 13000 miles (Lots of 2up riding).  The front is still on, and it looks good.  For the new rear Matt fixed me up with a new Metzler 880 WWW.  Awesome tire!  It's like the road is made out of gummy bears!

Trust me.....they'll hook you up!

I met Matt and Kevin at Fatty's and they had nothing but good things to say about you! They are really nice guys and I look forward to having them work on my bike and supporting their business. I talked to them about tires, told them I wanted some with the big whitewalls, and Matt recommended some that he said they put on your Drifter. That would be great! I was planning to go check that place out in hopes it would be a good place to get work done. I would like to start with a new set of tires. Ordered a spring from Ron Ayers yesterday. Once it comes, no more bungee cord to hold my kickstand up :-)

I'm hoping someone out there can help me. I just bought my Drifter this week and while wrestling it out of the truck (went out of state to pick it up) the kickstand got caught on the ramp and the spring or whatever provides the tension is gone. I have looked and looked and cannot find it. I assume I am looking for a spring. Does anyone have a picture (not likely) or could someone take a picture of their kickstand so I can see exactly what it looks like? Does anyone know where I can get an exact replacement? Thanks for your help!
