That plug on the clutch switch is a common issue

NM I found it the clutch sensor had come loose.

I am having issue starting my drifter.  When I hit the starter I can hear a click but the starter is not doing anything.  When I put a volt meter on on the starter relay I have voltage coming into the relay but nothing coming out on the side opposite of the battery connect when the start button is pressed.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Do the relays tend to go bad in these or should I be check somewhere else?
