wiring diagram?

My motto is to Always look at the simple stuff first... that particular switch, along with the kickstand and "tip over" switch cause all sorts of problems. Of course, kill switch is the first thing!

Of course, I see you got an answer to finding a wiring diagram and but not suggestions to look at the switches I've noted. That's our fault... we've seen this before. Sorry we were so little help to you in this regard and thanks for letting us know the solution to the problem.

As to billing... I dont think I could charge him a dime... maybe why I'm not retired and living on a boat in the So. Pacific. <g>

i spend hopurs chasing down why the start relay wont trigger the starterselenoid, only to finally find the clutch connector is not fully seated!!!

16hours, how much do you charge a *friend* who needed it fixed so he could take it to NH for laconia on thursday!!!

i told him i wanted $480 fro making me waste my time...
i'll be lucky if i get 160 out of him.

Hi ALL, no introductions necessary, I am a long standing member of the roadstarclinic.com forum with a friends bike (a 99 1500 vulcan drifter) starts if i bypass the starter selenoid with a screwdriver. selenoid tests good, start sw tests good and makes stuff click. selenoid has yellow w/red stripe wire to trigger and does so with a jumper wire from B+, so i'm trying to fix it instead of rigging a doorbell sw.

anyone have the wiring diagram avail?
