You might want to look at using an aftermarket Indian fender for the rear; there are a few guys in the lower 48 making a pretty decent product.

I think the front fender should be easy as the Drifter and the Classic share the same forks.  The rear willl be a different story though.  The Drifter has a unique rear suspension.  Gonna have to pull off some trickery there.  You might get fenders here: http://fiche.ronayers.com/Index.cfm/Module/Main/TypeID/26/Type/Motorcycle/MakeID/3/Make/Kawasaki/YearID/43/Year/2002

Just curious, but why not by a Drifter?

I ride an 04 Vulcan Classic, but love the Drifter look and am thinking about retrofitting it with the Drifter Fenders, etc. Already have put on V&H longshot pipes,  roadbar, etc. Anyway where could I buy the fenders and chrome hardware? Anyone else done this?
