What is the longest trip you ever took on your drifter? How many miles?

Going to do about 2400 miles when I pick up the Drifter in June.  Around 500 miles a day is my limit but I have done 1700 miles in one trip on the 1500 Kawi Classic.  Did a run from north western Washington to Reno and back (6 days) on a Suzuki C50.

Hey Bull, there was a handful of Drifters that showed up for the southern Drift-In in Robbinsville that year. Can't recall the hotel we stayed at, but I believe it was the one listed for the event.

As for longest trip on my Drifter, I've ridden her twice now to Daytona and back from Detroit. Last year, I rode from Detroit to Daytona, Daytona to Gulport, MS, Gulfport to Evansville, IN, Evansville back to Detroit, right around 3000 miles if I remember correctly. Exactly one week from today, we're going to attempt another ride down to Daytona again. I just wish that they would move bike week out another month, as this riding in freezing temps sucks! LOL.

I am an Ironbutt member so my longest ride was just over 10k.

A little over 500 miles one night, in the rain, through a tornado-cyclone thing. Cincinnati to Chappel Hill Tn. When you can feel the rain drops hitting your boots, its raining hard!
Update: 955 round trip to the Tail of the Dragon and back. Still found lots of rain on the way back

I did a little trip from Florida to Montana and back last June. And a couple of shorter ones from FL to AZ. No problem other than the constant stopping for GAS! lol

Don't know yet. Unfortunately, we really never know until the last minute. Plus any distance riding we have to do on the Goldwing - my wife has MS and can't handle the Drifter any more. We could trailer, but for us the trip is more important than the destination...

Sounds like this one will be a good one, however.

Longest 1 day ride for me is about 250 miles. But, with the sidecar attached it can be a little more fatuiging. Still great fun though!

600 miles in one day driving my drifter home from Virginia to Indiana. I figured that would be far enough to get to know him better! Picked him up in May and have put 4000 miles on him already!

Rode 1400 miles on a 2006 Driter 800 from omaha to denver and back, plus some mountain scenic rides up over the continental divide -  Grand, Idaho Springs, Tabernash, Winterpark, Aurora, Mary Alice, etc .....

About 200 in one day of riding. Sunday going the long way to St Augustine should be about 140 round trip. Love riding in central Florida!

I took my drifter on a 526 mile round trip just topurchase some cigars. This cigars are called "CHEAP BASTARDS". They are sold on the Indian reservation in Toppenish, Washington. I rode from Turner, Ore just for them. NO TAXES on the reservation. Well worth the trip. The ride was awesome.

DAY TRIP ?  I have had many 400 mile plus days which makes for a decent road trip of about 9 hours with lunch . I have a FL trip for Thanks Giving that is close to 600 miles, That will be done straight thru .

I JUST PURCHASED MY 2000 1500 DRIFTER 4 DAYS AGO, WENT 120 MILES ROUND TRIP TODAY MOSTLY IN THE RAIN, 82 DEGREES HERE IN FLORIDA.
SO FAR 120 MILES IS MY LONGEST TRIP...
