If you didn't buy directly from Zambini Brothers you will need to file a dispute with ebay and follow their directions. If you bought from ebay in Germany, go through them.

If you bought directly from Zambini Brothers, the email address is donna@zambinibros.com.

Anything on ebay should be handled on ebay. If you paid by paypal you can file a dispute with them as well.

You may find that you need a cutoff disc in your handy dandy dremel tool for the air cleaner covers.  They have the threaded stock molded in, but mine were too long.  A quick cut and I was in business.  My stuff is for the 1500 though, so yours may be different.

You might contact Ebay directly, also the Paypal people.  They both have security teams that look into these kinds of issues.

I just ordered some stuff from them a few weeks ago and I had it in my grubby paws within two weeks.  Nice stuff too!

I need sometimes help. I have bought the following part with Zambini Bros, good Spirit filter cover insert 4 colour 3-dimensional for Drifter 800. I have paid 98$ on the 7th of Nov., 2008 by PayPal inklusiv cargo. Unfortunately, I have till this day no feedback.
