Suspension shops recommend replacing the stock oil asap, then change it every couple years.

The reality is, few of us ever change it.
My '99 still has the stock oil and it feels fine.
Clean oil makes the suspension damping work as designed.
If your suspension feels harsh or too bouncy it is a good idea to take the forks off, drain the oil and clean the inside to get the old crud out then put in new oil.

Thank you, I think same.

Hi

How often you change front fork fluids if there is no leaks or problems.

Will vibration in the front fork be reduced if new fluids are changed?

My bike fork fluids are maybe 10 or more years old.
