I actually have a very large home my ground floor has one room that is 46ft by 23ft with a 14ft 6" ceiling and four small rooms, I use that for my workshop, it has a cellar about half that size and then another two floors above, I don't know how many rooms altogether, it never seemed important enough to count..the building was a bank when I bought it..built with dressed granite in 1902...
The $3,000 is based on the average heating price in Britain and includes lighting and cooking, mine is actually quite a bit more.

Ratman,add John to your retirement list.... you can ride indoors at his place.....he may even have a corner store in there he doesn't know about ......that will count as a ride according to the rules in 12 months a year riding...LOL

Hey even better. That means there might be some wild Salmon on the menu when I visit!
I'm going to post a couple of pics and see if people can tell which one is Wales and which one is Tennessee. There is a lot of very similar countryside in both locales.
