You could make brackets for them. Mine hang from the seat but still don't touch the fender. Where there's a will there's a way. Those are bigger bags but still doable.

Those bags and seat are gorgeous
on your Drifter.

Saw this on this ebay auction (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Kawasaki-Vulcan-/331995785899?forcerrptr=true&hash=item4d4c7daaab:g:cjQAAOSwZJBX-6j-&item=331995785899&autorefresh=true)

What a cool way to install hard bags and relocate the blinkers!

Yeah, cool if you like shaken stuff... those hard bags move together with the fender!

They do, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with the mounts you sold me. I'm very satisfied with what I bought.  However, for these particular bags, I need the bracket to extend further down by about 3.5 inches.

what do you have to do to the mounts to get those bags attached?  They look like they have a flat back to them...

I bought a pair of those osprey brackets and having to modify the heck out of them for these bags.  I should have something to share in the next couple weeks.

Any updates?  Interested in how these came out.

I had a heck of a time finding bags, first I wanted hard bags but couldn't find ones that I could paint 2 tone and have them look right so I settled for soft bags. Looking forward to seeing how these look.

Those look pretty good... I like my 120mm ammo cans though :D  Water proof, big enough to hold a 30 pack of beer, cheap and they match with the rough and tough look of my bike.

Post pictures when you get your new bags mounted, I'd love to see them.

Just bought https://www.tsukayu.com/Strong.htm last week.  I'll let you know how they work out.

Very interested to see how it turns out.  I recently decided to go "bagless" (just using a small leather trunk) but can easily be swayed!  :-)

I'm actually looking for something sizable that follows the rear fender line really well.

Here's some economy priced bags. They also have different styles.  http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mutazu-Matte-Black-LN-Universal-Motorcycle-Hard-Bags-Saddlebags-Free-Mount-Kit-/252041258507?hash=item3aaed4660b:g:xzsAAOSwd0BVuQNO&vxp=mtr

No I haven't. I think I'll be trying these for a while (Leatherlyke Cross Country). They're very roomy and the lids open outward. They'll be great for touring, hoping to go to Drift-In.  8)
