You don't have to get that crazy.  http://www.chopperkitusa.com/kawasaki-chopper-kits.htm  Our bikes are basically a F.I. Classic in the front end.

I wish I could put a few degrees of rake on my forks as that looks good. I had a 2000 Indian Chief and they had more rake than the Drifter which gave them a ...well a rakish appearance.
I quess I could get in the neck and heat it up and bend it some for a rake, or cut plate and weld... as my Drifter has been lowered 1" front and rear I could put the stock length progressive springs back in the forks...yeah baby!
