So, got my saddlebag brackets today. It looks like the small hole where the bolt goes through to hold the plastic fender guard needs to be drilled out; am I correct in assuming this? Would hate to drill it out if not necessary.

I only have 1 set and I run them with both the solo and the 2-up seat. Nobody told me they wouldn't work, so I just put them on.
