lol that is not frost that is actually SNOW
Hey, my wife has a whiskey barrel just like that, and it had frost on it this morning, too!
ok My buddy Cheif if this makes you feel better this is what I awoke to this morning.....-2* C this morning when I got up to ride my bike to the shop.....and a chilly ride along the lake it was ..........and no cup of tea on the deck at 0800 and it finally melted about noon......
No, not that bad... just painful to move, sit, stand or lay down... no actually, lying down is ok and I'm back to where I can sit. Can't stand up straight yet though.
Are you in a brace? Those can help limit movement which can speed healing.
Yeah, I have a ton of stuff to do around here as well. This weather makes me want to be out doing stuff. I won't be doing much for a while... ... ummm wonder if this is the excuse I need to convince the boss I could us a lift table???
Sorry to hear this Chief! It couldn't happen when it's not riding season, huh?
We had frost/freeze warnings last night into today, its 60 right now, and tomorrow, 90...I think whomever assembled this years calendar got some of the pages out of order
We had our summer for three days last week..
now it's back to cold winds, rain and storms..
I can't wait for global warming to arrive..
John.
Take care of your back and heal up soon. If it's of any consolation, although we have great riding weather here, I'm still stuck cleaning up storm damage in the yard. Once again, no time to ride.
Get well Chief... Don't rush it... Heal it up right!
think of the bright side to this,
1. all the money you are save in gas,
2. the wear an tear on your bike,
3. more time to get things on the forum squared away,
4. more time with your spouse communicating,
see lots of good things.......
Thanks guys. I will do as you all advise and not get too active too quick.
Good luck to you healing up there, chief. I strained mine badly 3 times in the last 3 years. Each time it takes about a month to get over it a decent amount, 2 months "completely" (as completely as you can...). For me it was muscle relaxers (for a few days), rest, and several chiropractor visits. Take care.

I'm trying to figure out which biker god I pissed off recently.Well Chief it is trying really hard to snow outside today, so I'll stay inside and rest with you.......
