I'm also in the helmet market, so I don't have a suggestion for you, made2care.  :-\

However, you might want to indicate what type of helmet you're looking for - full face, open, or half helmet.  It will make a difference on recommendations...

I am looking to purchase a good helmet which blocks out noise, has a good clear view, is comfortable , lightweight and all this without compromising safety! I don't mind dropping some serious cash . I'm tired of purchasing these cheap helmets that lack all of the above :(
