On the top bar you can see the "Buy-Sell-Trade" button: once you put the cursor on it, it will appear a scroll down menu; click on the "Classifieds" button.
It will lead you to the right place: once there, just click on the "Add Listing" button that is on the left side of the secondary menu.
Then, just follow the flow...
