ANYONE HAVE PICTRUES OF REAR CRASH BARS?

In my attempt to make rear crash bars (as had previously been available on this forum), I have found a fabricator, according to the plans I found, has bent an appropriate piece of tubing into the appropriate shape, and has fabricated the two brackets shown on the plans.  But neither of knows how the brackets attach to the tubing, nor how (and where) the brackets attach to the bike.  If anyone out there has a set of those brackets and can post or send pictures to give me some guidance, I would appreciate it.
