LOL that is the most frequent question I get (along with the batwing)....was made by a company called Ledrie. they are no longer in business. They are very difficult to find and only came in black powder coat. I got mine off of ebay (but I knew who was selling it and when). I was very surprised I got it for a lower price than I expected. the paint wasn't in the best of shape and I have a lot of chrome on my bike, so I took it to a local plating shop that does other work for me and had it chromed....as it sits now I am into it about $230...and I plan on keeping it until the bike is done....I added a little something to the space in front...posted in another thread...

There were some aftermarket MFRs that made replacement chrome covers - maybe Cobra or Arlen Ness? Pretty sure they were a Kawi F&S accessory at one time.

That's the voltage regulator cover.
You can type it on your usual searchin' engine and you'll find what you need.

Can someone please help me identify what this part is on my 99? I seen a youtube video where someone had this part chromed on their drifter 1500. I want to replace black one for Chrome one.
