Top handlebar clamp

I still have the one for VIN 0105.  Also have the entire packet, including the VHS tape.  I got it from the original owners stepson, who sold me the bike, 2 extra seats and a car load of extras that came off it.  It is set up sweet with the Harley style tank switch start.

I was reading an article about that First-year buyers will be sent a boxed kit which includes a top handlebar clamp with their name and the bike's serial number engraved into it, an owner's certificate, a key fob and a video. How many people still have the top handlebar plate?
