Long shot exhaust

The Kawasaki gaskets are hard to come by. Dealer has to order them. Kawasaki part # 11060-1680
I used the Harley Davidson #17048-98, all Harley dealers and Harley parts suppliers have these because they were used on millions of engines. Fit nice and tight.
Also local Auto parts store may have Felpro #60569 for a Honda Civic which will also work.
The HD and Felpro Gaskets are less than $10 a set.

Looking at possibly buying a used set of long shot exhaust system,but it is off a 800 classic just curious if they are interchangeable with the drifter. Pretty sure the engines are the same.  Also are new gaskets easy to find? Thanks

I have not tried them myself, but as far as I know, the classic exh would fit a 800 Drifter.  Mounts might be a little different.  The gaskets are not difficult to get- any OEM parts supplier (e.g partzilla, ron ayers, kawasakipartshouse, etc.) should have them.  I have also heard that Harley exhaust gaskets are the same size but a little better and, if I remember, maybe even a little cheaper?    Once again, I have not verified this info myself......
