I have used Magnecor wires on most of my bikes but I don't believe that they make them for the Kawasaki (otherwise I would have bought them). They are very good. As far as a fuel additive, I took my injectors on another bike down to a guy in San Diego (near my home) and we tested them. One was bad and I could visually see the difference. He has been in business for 35 years and knows his stuff on carbs and injection. I asked him what should I use through the fuel either as a stabilizer or as cleaner. He said ' I have been using Marvel's Mystery oil for many years a matter of fact I use it to clean out injectors' (in addition to ultrasound). Now as far as I remember, Marvel's was for using on the rings if they were stuck but some of the stuff now is a fuel/oil additive. I use that with some octane booster and the motor runs great! He said that StaBil is not anywhere as good as Marvel's for fuel stabilization. I use a 1oz of Marvel's and 1oz of octane boost give or take +/- each time I fill up. Seems to work fine and if you are traveling and you can't get top tier gasoline it is an added benefit.

I see many different brands of plug wires out there..but..is there one brand better than the others for a 99/1599J..??

Would you put fuel injection cleaner in your tank? or..Wrong Idea..?
