Yee.. its easy beasy! Light cover popup a front of you from rubber tube and thisway I can takeoff dash plaque out.

There are 3 sizes for dash panels. 1 is for 800, 1 for 99/00 1500, and the smallest is for 01 and forward. I replaced the panel on my 2002 with a leather piece matching the leather in my seat.

01-05 are attached with adhesive.

I switched mine a few years ago and I think it was only 3 screws.
I don't remember anything special about doing the change.

how I can change dash plaque to Drifter 1500.
