Rear fender stay and attached parts

On the Facebook  "Kawasaki Drifters & Parts For Sale"  group there's an ad for what I think you want, seem pricey but I don't know how desperate you are. Screenshot below.

There's also a guy on the same Facebook group  who is in in Denmark, he has the rear fender stay minus the blinkers AND the entire rear light and licence plate assembly (in very good condition) for $340 inc. shipping or best offer. These things come up on ebay under used parts from chop shops that strip bikes as their primary business. This one is for a 2000, so is black and does not have the bumperettes the later bikes have, but you get the idea.

This one is pricey but complete. Pricey because it is for the black version only made one year. So keep searching ebay, a chrome one will come up.  Good luck.

[Antiping]

Shortly after I bought my 800 drifter a decade ago, I came off a high curb a bit too hard and pretty much wrecked the entire back end of the bike. I tried to save as much of the parts as I could, but ended up having to replace the taillight, signal lights and exhaust. I did end up being able to reuse the fender stay (the rail around the fender) but had to cut off the part that the signal lights attached to. I have been wanting to get another rear stay to replace everything there and make it all look stock again, but everywhere I find the rear fender stay listed as a part for sale, they either don't have it in stock, or they won't ship to Canada. I'm starting to get frustrated by this. I don't suppose anyone has a lead on where I could possibly find one to replace mine? And the signal lights and brake light and license plate bracket as well. Or possibly a better way to modify the rear end of the bike than the way I have it. I would greatly appreciate it.
