Drifter fenders on other vulcan models

The front fender will fit a nomad and classic with some work. Nomads have two rotors so that's a problem. Also, the nomad uses a larger front tire. The rear is more of a problem. I have seen front fenders on a nomad, but never on the rear of any other bike.  Likely because of how the fender is supported on the Drifter vs other bikes...

I believe the big problem will be with the lower fork legs and the swing arm, and the final drive case. The "other" Vulcans also have a different rear frame configuration that may preclude you mounting the drifter rear fender. The lower sliders have a bolt hole that the regular vulcans do not have that locates the bottom of the fender.  The final drive has 2 threaded holes in it for the fender mount, and the swing arm has holes way up in front for the lower fender mounts. The Swing arm also has threaded holes on the right side for the rear fender mount that I don't think the vulcan has.  The frame may be, in the end, the biggest problem. Have patience, there are bound to be more available....

I am new to the site & love it! Before I ask my question I would first like to say I am a huge Drifter fan! With that said, does anyone know whether Drifter fenders will fit on other Vulcan models (Nomad, Classic) & are there Drifter specific parts to mount them.  The reason I ask is the "perfect" Drifter seems to elude me-but there is an endless supply of low mileage other models. Any info would be greatly appreciated and look forward to seeing you out-and-about. T.Wilson
