You have to do a lot of disassembly for that. I do it every time I change the rear tire.

I change the 200 ml. of 80-90 GL5 hypoid oil on mine every second oil change, or twice a year. 111,000 miles so far

Thanks, that is great and easy. But, is there not splines that need to be cleaned and re greased?

I have my 1500 apart for the painter and I am looking at the fuel pump. Should I do anything here? It works fine.  I will be cleaning out the inside of the tank and when back from painter - installing a new float.  Just wondering about this little screen.

Also, rear end service. Any thoughts on what to look for.  With 4600 original miles I can't imagine problems but I'm sure the it could use some new Moly Grease?

Thanks.
