As far as I can see, somebody else has already done that mod.

Now that's a tough one.
You will need a trike kit designed for the Vulcan series bikes.
Fenders will probably need to be custom made or modified.
If you do it, you may be the first, or only one!

I am looking for a conversion kit for my 2004 Drifter. I love riding her but medical issues prevent me from spending much time riding plus I'm not ready to give it up.
Lehman has a kit that will work all a kit for the Indian motorcycle. I'm wanting to keep the iconic fenders but am told the fenders won't interchange.

Does anyone have any ideas on where I might find a kit!
