Gas Gas Everywhere!

Just had this issue with mine first ride except a lot worse, bike actually stopped running and gas spraying. Just like GB said check those lines. They required a lot of pressure to seat, unless you hear an audible click they aren't seated.

Have you had the tank off recently?  those "quick disconnect" are sometimes quick to disconnect when we don't want them to - if they're not clicked on into place all the way when they're snapped on.  It can happen.

Well, it should't be hard to find, once you get stuff taken apart to where you can see in there.   If you've had a fuel line failure, it would be good for the rest of us to know so we can check ours out for problems too.  Usually when a make/model has a problem, then they ALL have the same problem, sooner or later.

Out enjoying the best ride so far this year. Clocked about 80 miles on the back roads.  I start to smell raw gas. I hope it's coming from the farm i just passed.  Two farms later and I know it's me. (You never want to admit when you pass gas. ) Chug to a stop and kill the ignition switch. I hop off the bike and flip the switch on again and gas gas everywhere. I haven't pull the tank yet but I surmise since the fuel pump is pumping gas it is somehow down stream from the pump. Since the gas is gribbeling out rather than spraying out I'm thinking it might be the low pressure return line.  Does this make sense of have I sniffed too many gas fumes?
