washer fell out on clutch replacement

Oops! Same thing happened to my son last week only it was a washer down the throat of a new carburetor on his truck.  Apparently the washer fell down on the secondary side of the carb.  Got a call.  He was two miles down the road. Hit the secondaries and the engine went wide open. By the time I got there all was fine....but there was the "tink" "tink" coming from the valve train.  The the engine sputtered a bit then no more "tink" "tink".  Wishful thinking is that the washer jammed the secondaries, held them open for a bit then fell down into the intake, into the head and bounced around the valve stem then into the combustion chamber then hopeful spit out through the exhaust valve.  Note I said wishful thinking!  So far so good.

That's GREAT!  My son is working for me while he goes through school...  Maybe not HIS idea of his dream job... :o

That easy of a read I  am . I am prior student and still live here .Hope he gets the best out of the school , it must have helped me I am now the lead tech for the int dealership. That was my dream vehicle and bike ,I have both now and living the dream.
