We had chicken Kiev and Au Gratin potatoes...no venison chili...that was last week. Did you know that one 6 oz chicken Kiev is 550 calories!!!! I used to eat like 3 for dinner! Since the beginning of August, with just a little will power and reading labels, I have lost 3" off my waist, and all the pants that were "snug" are now loose...and the best part, that 30+ year old leather riding jacket that shrank hanging in the closet, had regained it's normal size. Thanksgiving is going to be a challenge, but I'll do it! Too much invested in this game to blow it now.

Yes...it's all back together, and ready to go. It's 15 deg. right now, so maybe not today. They are saying it might hit 40 on Monday....I'll believe it when I see it. I took the Buick to the store today...both doors were frozen shut. I'm going to silicone the weather strips when it warms up a little bit.

Troll may still be riding . I saw he had his front disassembled the other day for paint . but I'm sure he has that project completed . Hell He probably takes his scoot apart and puts it back together blind folded just for haha's .

GB I'm sure would be assistance to keep him off any winter pictures coming from the good north this year  ;D

Well, you are a lot closer to being able to go riding than I am; but, I suppose I could right the length of mu shop and back.....a 50 foot ride would be better than none, I guess....but, as memory recalls, when I did that last winter on Frankenstein, testing my hand shifter setup, I got the front wheel locked up and slid into the overhead door; not hard, but enough to realize the potential for disaster.... :D

We got an inch of snow last night. Not much by Canadian standards, but enough to spoil my mood. Too early in the year to have that!!!. On the bright side, the clouds parted and the nasty white stuff melted off pretty quickly. They are predicting around 15 deg. for overnight, so with or without snow, it's winter...If we have an Indian Summer, both bikes are ready to go...just need a clear shot to the road. Sometimes it happens, mostly it doesn't.

Since it wasn't leaking (obviously) before they "fixed" it, even they should realize it is on their nickle to fix it. If not, a quick trip to your lawyer and a phone call from him should take care of it. You hope. Good luck on it. :)

So city has decided to install water meters, came on Friday to install mine, they could not put it were they want it because the shut off valve is too high, ok so move it, ok they can do that, but now need to shut the water off at the city valve in the front............

They find the valve under about 18" of dirt, make a big hole in the yard, then they try notice the word try to turn off the water, the valve is rusted open...so they call the city to come fix it, City said we would be there next week, so Monday they come out I am not home......they "fix" it so when I get home I call them and tell them I have a rather large puddle in my front lawn. Told it is normal and will go away over the night, this morning it is a small lake so I call from work.....get home and they are pulling up as I get out of the truck, so then the 2 of the guys walk around play with the valve and yup it is leaking...duh ok.....now the issue is the leak on my side of the valve or theirs.....mmmmmmmm prior to them working on it,  it was fine they came and did some work on the pipes and it now leaks......and who's leak is it....man......life is complicated....

This was the first footage I had of my bike form the rear. I need to get a close up so when I get the chance I will mount a camera on the side looking back at the fender to get some footage. Everyone tells me my my is strange to follow at first. It freaks some people out.

Man of few words.
