This happened in Marion, OH, which is about 15-20 miles from me.  I put some of these details together from several other news accounts I read earlier.

Guy breaks into a storage facility at the edge of town, and steels an RV.  Said guy drives the RV into town and makes a new "drive through" at the pharmacy.  Unbelievably, alarms go off and the cops show up in short order, finding said guy in his new-to-him RV, trying to get it "out" of the pharmacy.  So the guy finally gets his ride free, and runs over a few cop cars, whilst said cops try to shoot out his front tires (yes you read that right)....  Cops chase RV (sounds like a movie idea, right), for 4 blocks where he loses control and runs into a porch on a house.  Guy gets arrested.  Now, THAT'S why they call the stuff DOPE!
