Oh, and the gas cap is bolted to the tank... it looks like it needs a key but really any flat piece of metal will get it to open. I'll try and remember to take a pic of it open the next time I'm in the garage.

Thanks I look forward to when it's finished... well i should say 'finished' since I'm probably gonna be tweaking it forever lol. I want to build a spring solo seat this year too. I like the idea of brown leather too, I want to re-do the seat and maybe the mudflaps in brown. I eventually want to get these mufflers too.

I'm waiting on a friend who is gonna C&C machine the tail light cover and turn signals for me, since he's doing it for cost I'm not bitching that he's putting paying customers ahead of me though lol

Thanks Petemoss, that's what I was going for... bought him from a guy who had dumped him and have been piecing him back together. Some people love it, some hate it, there ain't a lot of middle ground I love not having any chrome to polish lol, the dirtier he gets the better he looks!

The cap is a strange piece, it was on there when I got it...

Thanks guys! He's a work in progress... I want to extend the exhaust all the way back and either fishtail it or else do turnouts, I'm working on some ideas for 'vintage' tail lights with my own twist thrown in.
