Or you could just paint an Indian theme on it..

I thought about those years ago... didn't find any and really didn't care for all that chrome... so I put leather on mine... took that off and just studded it...

I have a 1500 with black side covers and I thought chrome might look good..

Then I saw the post about $250 each and went to take another look at my black ones...

I was wrong..they look great..

Contacted a plastic chrome outfit last week and sent a picture of the side covers to them. Wow the price to have them chromed is 250 clams a piece. Jeeze  >:(

Go to a hobby shop and pick up a Scale Auto Enthusiast magazine (it's for model cars) and look through the ads, especially in the back.  There will be several mom & pop places that will be WAY cheaper.

To Montana, home of Frontier Justice, watched it last night and learned a lot about Darby and the crime rate there being higher then most city's with a lot more people living there. They spent about half the show about some trapper dude who was not checking his bobcat traps daily. Then they talked about the issues in Bozeman..So now I am well versed in the life of a Montanaion.....

GPS is not to get you THERE but rather to get you home from THERE

Lol; problem is, a lot of U.S. based companies won't and in some cases can't, ship to Canada. Quite often it has to do with Canada's insistence on MSDS labeling and dangerous goods regulations. That being said, I will look in to it, I can always pick it up on one of my trips home.
