Yes, the front turn signals are dual filament running lights/turn signals, while for some unknown reason the rear signals are signal only.  If you convert the rear ones to running lights, remember to change the lenses to red so you don't get pulled over.

And if you've got blue dots, make sure to put some electrical tape in your saddlebags to cover them up when you head to South Carolina.

I'm not sure what you saying... they are on when the bike is running.

I have a 2002 drifter 800. Someone installed after market front turn signals.  Did  the original front signals use front running lights also?
