Don't forget the rattle can of black paint to blend in the attachment points..

(We early drifter guys are lucky, black hides a lot, the later chrome guys are stuck with it, as chrome paint looks cheesy...)

Anything can be made to fit, or be attached....
with the proper application of a cutting torch and welder.

  Thank you Mr. PCarrell I have read both of them before. The issue is that it is hard to see on line if the product will work or not. I do know that the stock peg mounts are at an angle so they need to be either cut off and rewelded or a set of adjustable mounts for the boards are required. just have to find the correct ones. Thanks

I did this mod: http://www.vulcandrifterriders.com/floorboardadapter.html , though I made my mount "T" shaped instead of straight.  I know the 800 mounts differently, but maybe this can be food for thought?

  Been looking at the 1500's and the odd 800 with rear passenger floor boards and they look really cool. So if anyone has ever mounted a set I would like to know how they did it, and were to find them. Thanks....
