I went to the JP Cycle site, and there's several equilizers.  Which one did you use?  And where did you install it, under the taillight, inside the headlight bezel or under the seat?

I had the same problem when I 1st switched my signals to non-EOM signals.  Found out I had to install a "load equalizer".  Fairly easy to install and it slows the signals back to a normal pace.  I think, I got mine from J P Cycles.

I decided to place the turn signals with more retro looking ones.  Love the look, but the new ones blink faster, like there's a bulb out.

During the conversion, I switched the front turn signals (which were two stage running and signals) to single stage 4 watt signals only.  The rear went from 5 watt single stage to 4 watt.  Only thing I can figure is that it's not drawing as much current and "tricks" the bike into thinking a bulb is out.

Is there a simple fix to rectify this?  They work fine and all, just looks like the bike's running on coffee rather than oil.

I detailed the replacement of them on my blog:  http://www.jonathanveley.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=79&Itemid=79
