Mine also came out without a problem. I also really like the extra sound.
The baffles removal in my Harley didnt go as smooth. I would suggest using 2 vice grips. A small needle nose vice grip which goes into the exhaust. Grab anything you can. Take the 2 larger vice grip and attach it to the other vice grip. You now use a rubber mallot and hit the larger vice grip. The baffle should fly out.

Mine just slid right out. I didn't have any problem with striped heads but still, I don't think you should have any problem once you get that sorted out.

Mine didn't rattle at all.  If they're that loose they should slide right out.

Ok I've spent the day trying to remove the two bolts out of the pipe ends that hold the baffles in ,the problem is both of the bolts have been rounded out so you cant use an allen head wrench to get them out. My question is has anyone had any noticed any kind of banging coming from the baffles inside the pipes when hitting any bumps in the road , I'm going to remove the baffles and just pack some fiber glass around the front of the baffle so it not so loose ,I've got tips on the ends so after I remove the bolts whats the easiest way to pull the baffles from the pipes .    THANKS
