My first long ride

I just turned 77K miles and this says it all: that you'd go days away to get one and never question that it'd come home with no problems.  Amazingly reliable bikes,

Now take off and ride for about 10 hours (about 450-500 miles).  If you're still comfortable then your bike "fits" you.............I did 2600 miles in 7 days just a month ago when I picked up my Drifter in Colorado and rode it to Washington (took the long way).

I have had my 2001 1500 drifter for almost 2 months and I normaly just take it to work and about once a week I go on a very short ride of about 20 miles. Today I finally got to see how she handles on the wide open rode. I rode 146 miles most of it at 75 mph and I was wonderfully surprised at how well it handeled and performed. My bike is everything that I hoped it would be. Thank you Kawasaki for building me such a wonderful bike.  I hope to have many more wonderful experiences with my bike.
