Ordering stuff??????

Yeah, the system didn't remove the already shipped stuff from the courtesy email telling you the backordered item was being shipped.

We're changing systems within the next few weeks. With luck the new system will be smarter.

thanks chief... i knew what they were trying to do, just seeing the email shocked me! 

here is part of it... and you can see it says EVERYTHING was being shipped!  i have ordered places before and they show items backordered...

When you ordered they told you the 10th anniversary patches were out of stock and more were being made. They sent you everything else and left the order open to ship the patch. Those patches came in today. So now they are shipping the patch... there is an order number on the email the system shipped - its the same order number as your original.

There's no way they could bill you again... they don't have ANY billing information to bill from. No credit card information is maintained.

... as I suspected.

they are sending the one pin that was not in the original order.  however, their email says EVERYTHING was being shipped?!?!  someone screwed up that automated system...

Ok... all I can say is W-T-F???

I ordered some pins & patches a while ago, got everything except 1 pin that I can remember... but today I get an email saying my order has been filled and says EVERYTHING is being shipped again?!!?

I best not have another $43.70 charge on my credit card or I will be royally pissed...

The email did not say ANYTHING about the order and/or anything that may have been partially shipped... so again, I ask w-t-f??
