RPM TACH NEEDLE BOUNCING ??

Drifters didn't come with tachs... it is an aftermarket accessory. Several companies make tachs which will work with our bikes... or they have over the years.

i've had this bike a few yrs but i did get it used ...looks like a factory tach ...it's a 05 and the tach is mounted on the front of the  handlebars  .....

I'm not aware of a Drifter with a tachometer; is it an add on, aftermarket product?

has anyone else had this problem .....needle bounces all over the guage especially at idle ....or it doesnt work at all ...hope someone knows the easy fix to this ....
