I really like the look of those double horns on the left side of my bike, definitely a classic look that I love.  Problem is they don't work.  when i push the horn button they make a strange buzzing sound like a bee on its last leg, fairly pitiful.  Is there any other option .....can they be fixed when they get like this?  I am guessing that the proverbial "Horn broken watch for finger" might not have the best outcome for me.  Any advice, as always, is appreciated.
