I had a deep scratch on eah side of the rear fender from the bolts on the saddlebag brackets, so I covered them up with a pair of conchos today.

Very nice...

Yep the Corbin two-up is MUCH better looking. Never rode on a two-up oem... so can't speak to the ride.

In my case: What I did to my Drifter in the last month, in chronological order
*Tires & pads (really liking these Metzelers)
*Flushed & replaced coolant
*Replaced butterflies & Diaphram in Hypercharger
* Dressed her up with a lil more chrome
*Ordered Corbin 2-up Saddle
*Replaced shocks, Replaced front fork springs & fork oil , progressive suspension
*Removed Kaw. 2-up Saddle & sissy bar asembly, Installed Corbin 2-up Saddle ( don't know why I waited so long, talk about apples & oranges).
*Removed my Hard Krome Big Straight exhaust system, Replaced with Hard Krome Staggered Straights I had on the shelf in da gararge ( just because I could, hehe).
*Upgraded my nano ( comes with an fm tuner now, coolies)
* Now its time to break it all in Yaahooo.

KEEP DA RUBBER SIDE DOWN FOLKS, & STAY HAPPY, PEACE

Found a hubcap off of the rear wheel of a 18 wheeler in front of my place a while ago and like a magpie anything shiny comes home.Today, I remodled it, hole here, bend here and made a rotor cover for the front wheel.

I put gas in it...all by myself hahaha....ok I am sort of a "ding dong" in the sense that I forget stuff a lot and misplace everything, I ran out of gas 5 times last season, on a bike WITH a gas guage!!  Today, I remembered gas, BEFORE I ran out!!!! haha....but the other side of it is, I rode to work....and have been for a week now.

I rode mie to work for the first time this year on Friday, (12miles) a balmy 33F. ;D then rode to a small town 60 miles away for lunch on Sunday; hit rain, hail, and snow, in that order. A blistering 42-45F both ways. Don't know how I'll be able to stand it when it gets hot! LOL 8)
Oh well, a cold ride beats no ride!

Looks like a bunch of us are racking up the miles!

I rode past the 20,000 mark and came home and changed the signal light fuse.

TripWire

Went past 36,000 mile on the way home from the hockey game last night and installed Jammer vintage handlebar grips today.  The look great and feel awesome, very old school looking.  Looks like a good $12 (with free shipping) investment.

After washing and waxing the bike. I attached the Indian Head Guardian Bell my wife gave me between the forks.

motosickle
