My wife has some diving goggles that are prescription... she REALLY needs them.

Personally, I use my glasses under these goggles. Your prescription changes periodically, so some that fit over your glasses seems to be the best idea for me.

There are goggles made specifically for wearing over glasses... but there are also certain styles that allow you to replace the goggle lenses with prescription lenses.

I bought some RAF style goggles that go over my glasses. If I had known how well these work in a rain storm, I'd have gotten them years ago. (I used to sell them but they come from the UK and the distributor went belly up.)

The problem with glasses in a rain storm is the water gets behind them between your eyes and the glasses. You can never get them dry while riding.

The goggles keeps the rain from doing that, so you can actually see... and these bead the water and it runs off - resulting in MUCH better vision even in the worst rain storms.

Likely there are other goggles that will work the same way. I'll do some research.

What about a set of prescription goggles?  Pricey, I know, but safety is vital.

I've been wearing these skydiving goggles for fifteen years.  Great and only $10!
