Yeah, I was checking out of the hospital just 6 days after the accident.  The doc's can't explain it, but I can; God was protecting me and is healing me quickly.

I'd like to blame Dolly but I'm afraid I have to wear this one myself. MikeakaFred continues on dog duty at this point.

hmmm...it's all relative...today I graduated from crutches to a cane! Yippee! Still two more weeks for the cast and then physio. My goal is one ride before season is over!

...and it was 8 am that I fell...no Guiness involved...makes for such an unglamorous story but may the truth be told 

I hear there was a perfect gentleman, riding a red Drifter, visiting my friend while she boondocked in her VW van at Walmart in North Bay, Ontario....Anyone able to identify who it might have been?? 

Now that would be nice and close to get to!

Now, now... Ratman, a fellow could do worse than being  asked to surprise a lovely, oldish, hippie sleeping in her van at Walmart in North Bay!!

The leg is the result of walking my sweet little Dolly. We were playing in the front yard and I stepped into a gopher hole....foot stayed but the leg kept going. There I was lying on the ground yelling "Help! I've fallen and I can't get up." Lucky for me MikeakaFred was home and heard me.
