Yeah, the soap opera is finally coming to a close. They lasted about 5 seasons too long IMHO.

Ego + money = lawsuit

LOL... :D
Ain't that the truth... the Father suing the Son... I honestly thought all that crap was simply "hollywood" for ratings. But I think I gave them more credit than they were due.
AND... after all the crap - trashing a metric bike etc... they are now selling Ducati's and scooters! <LOL>
Oh well. I wonder if it was worth it?
Its the samething that has been playing out all over the airways. From Tiger to Toyota our congress and the corporate world . Nobody just wants there piece of the pie they want the whole thing. A wise man said you can fit as much happiness in a small house as a large one. The boys from american chopper sold there souls for 15 min. Just wait, the three of them will all be broke and selling those big cars and houses in about 3 years! And at that time some $#*& head will offer them a new comeback series.

Yeah, seems to me this "reality" crap has gotten out of hand. Apparently there are more than a few folks who are willing to "sell their souls" for a few bucks and some time on TV... too bad for us.
Cheers.
These guys made millions, because people watched them on TV and purchased their over priced machines.
Good for them!!!!
Jr was the brain of the bunch, Sr, WAS AN ASSHO%E, and the other kid was a waste!!!
Sounds like the finances aren't doing that well at the moment. Time will tell, but I don't think we'll hear much about them after a bit.
God I'm glad I've never seen the show. Sounds like one of those soap operas, "AS THE WORLD TURN"
I watched it the first few shows. Later I'd catch a minute or two before moving to something actually interesting. It got more silly every show imho
The TV show is over, but Sr. will still sell bikes, probably for 1/2 price.
They have a huge factory/showroom.
jR. is out of the picture, but is investing in other things.
They won't be as rich $$$ as before, but much better off than 80% of other Americans.
I'll wager his "huge showroom" and his stock is NOT paid for... They had to start selling ducati's and scooters because the business was off so much. (Street bike sales declined about 40% last year - about 50% since 2005) Without the TV show the sponsors, advertising income, personal appearance fees, etc will dry up quickly. The free publicity is gone. Things will get tough quick.
I own a couple of businesses myself... EVERYTHING costs and you have to have a steady income to just make payroll, and keep the doors open. Taxes, taxes, taxes, insurance, mortgage, utilities, payroll, advertising, cost of goods, etc. It will drain your bank account VERY quickly if the income isn't there.
Sounds to me - he's much poorer than 80% of Americans. Losing your family over money makes you very poor IMHO...
Anyway, time will tell. Big business falls big time... like the bigger they are adage -- unless the government bails you out! <LOL>
Cheers.
Bankrupt in 3 years or less !!!!!!!
We ought to start a pool!
paul sr. is the only one running the shop now.
he'll be the one to go down if it happens.
